Because the store is overloaded with merchandise it's challenging to know where, what you need is. I usually I find an employee or especially the manager who seems to know where everything is, and she is VERY willing to help. Terry.

I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

I spoke with Peter on the phone earlier in the week. He educated me and advised on his availability. He gave me incentive to come into the store.
Hands down the best selection of Futons around! I drove from Milton to Etobicoke, well worth it! I was able to try multiple mattresses for my futon and made an educated decision that I felt comfortable with, and purchased a futon cover as well to protect it. The price was right and the quality was there. Need a Futon? Go see Peter!

I was in town on business for a month. The Airbnb they set me up in had the most uncomfortable bed and pillows I've ever experienced. I found these guys near where I was staying. So many options and choices. I don't know what kind of pillow I like, My better half handles all of that. The staff was very helpful. They asked me 3 questions and handed me the best pillows I've ever owned. I shipped them home and we bought more on their website. Very impressed with them.

I am thrilled with the Labrador Hutterite duvet I bought last weekend. This is a luxury product that is manufactured to the very best standards, uncomplicated with a classic aesthetic and a pure joy to live with. The downside is getting out from under it! I recently went to Sleep Country looking to upgrade a twin mattress from a warehouse to a queen size mattress. Upon walking into the store, I was greeted immediately by Howard. He helped me for nearly an hour. He was patient, polite and educated me about my choice. I ended up choosing a Queen BeautyRest West Palace Mattress and a Heavenly Touch Pillow. Sleeping on this mattress is like a dream!!
