Having just been to one furntiure store where I was met with exasperation and contempt, ( It was a very pleasant experience to visit Structube again. I found what I wanted. And not one but 2 very helpful people assisted me.. I should have went there first. The staff are always helpful and the product is great if you are looking for condo sized furniture. Stylish and functional.

Recently I bought some furniture from this company. My sales rep Mr.Puri This individual went way and beyond to get me what I needed. His customer service was not pushy and I shop with ease and comfort.

I am thrilled with the Labrador Hutterite duvet I bought last weekend. This is a luxury product that is manufactured to the very best standards, uncomplicated with a classic aesthetic and a pure joy to live with. The downside is getting out from under it! I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.
