I was in town on business for a month. The Airbnb they set me up in had the most uncomfortable bed and pillows I've ever experienced. I found these guys near where I was staying. So many options and choices. I don't know what kind of pillow I like, My better half handles all of that. The staff was very helpful. They asked me 3 questions and handed me the best pillows I've ever owned. I shipped them home and we bought more on their website. Very impressed with them.

Tanya, the sales lady at Sleep Country is to be comondated as she went beyond the call of duty getting us the flyer's sale price, which was left on the counter,but when we noticed on the bill, we were charged the regular price $778 more. I spoke to Tanya about it and she was able to get us the sale price which was advertised. My wife and I went to Ryns in Caledonia June 29 2020 to purchase a swivel recliner.
We found the perfect one in 15 minutes .
Dave did not bother us and gave us all the time which we might have needed but did not.

A young gentleman from Canadian tire came to help us and was able to get us back into our car in seconds. He was very kind and rescued us from potentially a very stressful afternoon. Having just been to one furntiure store where I was met with exasperation and contempt, ( It was a very pleasant experience to visit Structube again. I found what I wanted. And not one but 2 very helpful people assisted me.. I should have went there first. The staff are always helpful and the product is great if you are looking for condo sized furniture. Stylish and functional.

I spoke with Peter on the phone earlier in the week. He educated me and advised on his availability. He gave me incentive to come into the store.
Hands down the best selection of Futons around! I drove from Milton to Etobicoke, well worth it! I was able to try multiple mattresses for my futon and made an educated decision that I felt comfortable with, and purchased a futon cover as well to protect it. The price was right and the quality was there. Need a Futon? Go see Peter!

I had no idea that there were so many choices for futons. I ended up buying a solid oak futon for my living room. It was custom made and arrived in less than 2 weeks as promised.
Kevin was very helpful with selecting the right futon frame and mattress for my needs.
I will be back to buy a Tempur Pedic bed in the spring!
