Mel was very accommodating and professional and scheduled the inspection that worked best for both us and the sellers. During the second half of the inspection he took the time to explains things and answer any questions we had. Mel was VERY respective of the sellers house and belongings insuring the house was left as it was found, NOT the case with the inspection done on our house.
If you want a detailed, quality, inspection then A Trained Eye is the company!

This home inspection company was great, my wife and I were both very impressed with the knowledge level of the inspector. I have used other companies in the past but none were as professional and knowledgeable as Accurate Home Inspection. Reasonably priced. We just had a home inspection done by Ryan at Amerispec last week and he was amazing!! He was extremely thorough and pointed out some very big issues as well as some small ones that some inspectors would probably have just ignored. Once he was done the inspection, he went through the house with us and showed us each issue. We did end up buying the house but we did so knowing exactly what needs fixing. We will absolutely use Ryan again!!
