This store,compared with either Kitchener or Cambridge Walmart, is the cleanest, tidiest, and friendliest place to shop. I may be biased here, but the clientele seems to be more conscientious as well (Mennonite community?). I'm not from St. Jacobs, but I will come from Cambridge to shop here at this Walmart. At any rate, I've never walked in there to find garbage anywhere, and folks seem to have a sense of community pride here and are well-mannered. A very nice shopping experience whenever I go.

The Pharmacist and staff are knowledgeable, caring and take the time to explain the prescription.
My 91 year old Dad has been under their watch for years. They patiently answer all his many questions until he is satisfied. I rate them 5/5.

We have been using Benton Medical Pharmacy since they opened. As my husband and I are aging, we have come to appreciate the first class service and attention to detail even more than usual. For example, when receiving our prescription, nothing is left to chance…stickers cover the bottles outlying all vital information pertaining to the medications. The pharmacist [Deana or Nina...I am not sure of her name } is such a genuinely helpful, friendly, kind and caring individual.
The stores over the counter products are very reasonably priced which is not typically the case for a smaller [non-chain) pharmacy .
Outstanding customer service , excellent prices and the store itself is clean and neatly maintained .

Micheal, George and Kristy are the best health care team that I could ever ask for. My health and entire life has improved since I switched to this pharmacy. Thank you so much! They also offer free delivery and pharmacist led clinic for minor issues. Vaccines. Lice. Ear aches. Ect. They also run a safe supply program out of this location and have doctors in to meet with patients (virtually).
