My original optician/eye doctor had prescribed incorrect lenses for my contacts. At Sidney Eyeland Optical, Art Bevan observed this and correctly fitted me with optically correct lenses for my eyes. Yey!!

I've been buy my glasses from them since 2003. I know the original owner as I sold computers to him. The current owner is Wayne and he is very knowledgeable about eye wear. They sell both regular glasses as well as contact lens. They don't rush me and explains clearly to me the options I've and the advantage/disadvantage of each choice. I live in Vancouver and tried the optician near me. It constantly broke, they gave me a refund and I went back to Wayne. I learn my mistake and switched back.

Skylight is the best Optical service in town. My old eye glasses has a minor problem but is professionally repaired. The staff team is professional, friendly and helpful. I was also given a new and trendy case with an anti fog cloth which helps to stay abstained from fogging for 24 hours with one wipe …… No extra charge! ??????

I went in to buy a new pair of prescription glasses and Sunny was a great help; he was extremely knowledgeable and made recommendations based on my needs. SNV mainly stocks higher end fashion frames but I was moreso looking for middle of the range frames. Regardless, I felt like a valued customer and had a positive purchasing experience. Wow! That's all I can say after my first visit to the Victoria store; wow! I was a little over whelmed when I walked into the store but I was greeted by a nice young man named Neil who helped me out the whole way. He was very honest about what he thought looked good and what didn't! In the end I am so pleased with my purchase. Will be back!

Wonderful experience in purchasing two pairs of frames (Blake Kuwahara-Obata) and Wissing recently. Exceptional customer service from Sue, Dee, Morgan and Emily. (Hope I didn't miss anybody out). No pressure selling. Great selection of frames to choose from. Getting complements my Wissing frames all the time.
