I would highly recommend Corry from ARC Home Inspections . He was very thorough and what I thought was the best is that he encouraged me to join him while he was doing the inspection. This gave me the opportunity to ask questions and feel more at ease. Mu husband and I moved from the Barrie area to locate further north, our previous neighbor in Barrie recommended Mapleview Home Inspections. I required a thorough home inspection report before my 2 year Tarion warranty expired. Don came highly recommended as being thorough and compiling a very detailed home inspection report. He took his time and was very meticulous when going through my home top to bottom and explained any deficiencies to me in a manner I understood and could explain to my builder along with written details/pic's.
