SMOOTH PROCESS! Got our recalled stove replaced by a Napoleon unit from Ultra Comfort Guelph on Woodlawn road. They traveled to my house and performed a very nice job. Very happy with service, the product and the price. Strongly recommend them for people in the market for fireplace.

After receiving various estimates from other companies for a built-in fireplace, we decided to go with Premiere. Williams understood exactly what we were looking for while offering solutions to problems we were concerned about. Once the design was finalized, they came to install over 3 days and did an outstanding job. They were efficient, friendly, and helpful, even accommodating a last-minute modification on the job site! We had a new hot water heater installed today by Hearth and Home from Brantford ...... we had heard that they were a great company but didn't think they'd service Burlington.
We were pleased to say they did come to Burlington and installed our new unit quickly and efficiently . They removed the old unit and cleaned up behind them themselves.
The technicians were very professional and informative and we certainly would use them again ... excellent job !
