Useless, slow staff. Took at least 15 minutes to get my sandwich because they skipped over it and then when I told them Im still waiting for it went and made sandwiches for 3 other people that were after me and spent some time socializing with their buddies who came. When they finally made my order they made it wrong anyway. Wouldve been 10 minutes early for work but instead was late not impressed.
I was incredibly disappointed to get a burnt bagel this morning. It was covered in cream cheese to try to hide it, but when it crumbles to ash when you grab it, it seems pointless covering it. I have had bad experiences with this location before and have tried giving it multiple chances. I'm going to be walking the extra 10 minutes to the next location for now on.
I ordered an ice cap and a bagel, I was waiting for it for over 7 minutes and when I asked the girl at the front where my bagel was she said "it will be up here when its ready" two of the staff members and the person who was supposed to be making the bagel were in a circle talking.... so I just left without my food. :(
