Terrible service. No one works the front tills you will wait for 10 minutes before anyone gets to you. I have order my meals and have gotten them wrong countless times
I absolutely will not eat there anymore. Over the past month, I find more hair and mystery items in both my coffee & bagel more often than I do not. Do not trust them with your food, unless you like clumps of hair in your coffee.
Went today at 4 pm. No bagels except3 multigrain. One or two muffins or none at all. No chili or the soup I asked for. Waited second in line 15 minutes for service. Trying to get ahold of the manager. This location is absolutely terrible for organization, timely fashion to be served. And products available. Who is responsible for ordering products. And this isn’t the first time this has happened to me. I’m fed up this time. Never eating there again. Really gives a bad name to this chain.
The service inside the store is really poor. Most morning's when I go there they have no donuts ready this is roughly at 6:30am.Not impressed with the service at all.
I think this is the best tims maybe because it's cleaner and I'm not a city person and it's not in the city but it is very nice even the costumer service is the best
