I was there last week, got the excellent service by name is Catharine, she is so nice and professional, very patient, that was my first time there cause of it is little bit far from my house, but it is very good experience for me, definitely I will come again!

I have been banking at the Royal Bank for nearly six years now and I am usually very impressed by their service. The lines are short and there's enough tellers to help people quickly. They're friendly and if I am waiting for my appointment, employees will ensure that I've been helped. For all my basic banking needs, I find this bank exceeds my expectations.
My only two complaints would be that sometimes the staff can be friendly to the point of overstepping their bounds (e.g. when I was 17, I didn't feel it was necessary for me to explain why I was not in school) and I don't like having to pay $4/month for my bank account. An employee did try to assist me in getting rid of the monthly fee, but it didn't work.

Has free parking right nearby, the staff are very nice and thorough. Line ups can be long but that is rarely the case. Good operation hours.

The staff at this location have exceeded my expectations many times. The drive-through banking is convenient but the parking is great also. Wait times for either an atm or a teller are usually minimal making banking fast and easy.

Few months ago I had a problem but I spoke with the manager and he was amazing on solving the issue. This is thespecially only gas station we go to unless we go out of town. It's very clean and is always price less I would recommend everyone go there if they can.

I've been in this 7- Eleven before because it's close to where I live. I order coffee and sweets just to start my day. I love this store. Very hardworking crews! Great!

Excellent service, especially compared to Scotia Bank in the plaza. Quick service and Jessica at the help desk assisted me with everything I needed and then some. Safe to say Ive changed banks, what a remarkable visit.

Guys, let me just get straight to the point.
Great people can transform any experience.
In the past I had a ton of negative experiences with banks, and when I was embarassed, sad, and down-and-out the gang at Bank Of Montreal Bay + College were like angels to me.
They believed in me, they got me back on my feet even when it looked like all the "rules" were against me. Essie, welcomed me in and put me in touch with my rep, John.
John heard my story, listened really well, and I felt understood, and when he went to Jessica (the oh-so-fantastic manager) to get approval for me, he really went to bat for me.
Since then I've had incredible help when I lost my card (twice!) and when some scammer-ATM tried to get my PIN, from Grace, Clea, Miles, Lui (sp?) and more.
I'm so thrilled with my experience with this particular branch, that I travelled a 2hr commute, just to keep it as my home branch, when I moved away temporarily.
Do banks get reviews like this often? I don't know, but I know what I feel and my experience, and I felt compelled to share.
Thanks for putting a personal, caring touch into banking, guys.

I have been banking at this location- 1400 Lawrence Ave West for ten years and I have never had a negative experience. The staff is very knowledgeable and efficient. I recommend this branch.
