I had the pleasure of being towed by a wonderful driver of Budget Towing. He picked me up quickly and safely off the 401 during rush hour. He was professional, courteous, in uniform and made the usually unpleasant experience, pleasant. He took care of everything and eased my nerves. I will be using their service again. Amazing service. The technicians at GTA Towing are extremely friendly and professional. They answered my call promptly and dispatched a towing truck to my location on Finch Ave. Within 10 minutes, the tow truck driver had my car hooked up to his tow truck and drove me to my mechanics. He gave me a discount since he saw how frazzled I was. I definitely recommend GTA Towing to my friends and family in need of emergency roadside assistance in Toronto.

I never got a chance to use them because of timing, so we were forced to cancel (I was so embarrassed). But they were very *very* kind about it and these days, when kindness is in short supply, I found that very welcoming. Some might say its silly to rate a business 5-stars because of being nice, but nice matters.

A very nice man,delivering a truck to somewhere in Toronto.Had stopped when he saw me walking on the 400 by Parry Sound.He drove me to the gas station and dropped me off to get gas.Was unable to take me back to my vehicle and I was totally ok with that.A huge Thank you to this gentleman who took the time to get me to the gas station.
