I contacted DeMark for a furnace quote and from the very beginning their sales representative was extremely helpful and straightforward. From calling them initially on Friday morning, they managed to book our installation the very next day on Saturday morning. Our furnace broke in the middle of the night on CHRISTMAS and Brendan took the call at 1am. Vince came out to do the repairs in the morning and he was friendly, patient and reassuring. In February 2022 my furnace stopped working. It definately has been a cold winter. I called T H Oliver as I had been a customer since 2004 when I lived in Aurora. Elise provided such amazing and caring assistance. Someone came out quickly to assess the issue. To make a long story short, they were able to replace my furnace in a short time.
