First time experience at this store was absolutely amazing. I went there to have a custom made 22 carat Kara. Could not possibly be happier with the end result. the service was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Additionally the moral values held by the staff made me feel very comfortable, were on par with mine, and very much appreciated. Delivery was exactly as promised. Five stars are not enough! Sandra and the entire team at Masi Design were a pleasure to work with. Masi is our go-to renovation company. Sandra and her team have given us the most beautiful basement. Next we hired Masi to renovate our kitchen, remove a wall to our TV room, and replace hardwood flooring. We now have our dream kitchen! Soon, they'll be renovating our bathrooms. Highly, highly recommend.
