Charged my grieving family $400 to place an obituary in the paper when a general ad with your paper is $75. You have ignored my messages and comments when I've asked for a cost breakdown and justification on this fee and because of this I will continue to ask and post about it publicly. Disgusting.

I live on the North Shore, paper is never delivered to my home, when it does arrive, all the grocery inserts are missing. When I call Circulation Dept, my calls are ignored, or told only way I can get a copy of paper is to pick-up myself at business location. Completely missed out on all Christmas/Boxing Day sales because of their poor service.
