Very rude and unprofessional. Moments after being told about my breathing issues and being immunocompromised, the dude was caught on a security camera smoking right outside my window. They seemed confused by existing pest control traps and when asked if they have a "baiting" option they said they did not. I'm guessing the owner bought into this franchise but never actually received proper training. Would highly recommend going elsewhere for your pest control needs.
